Where did you get this info or rumour from? And if the drilling did stop, then why did the SP close significantly higher ($1.99). Perhaps nervous SHORTERS trying to cover before a BIG movement UP. Mabe they've hit oil in a big way that they don't need to keep drilling? Just my thoughts.
