Approx shares O/S according to SG at FTS is 190,000,000+ shares

40 M by days end?...looking reasonable for close to this, IMO

As for profit...they are already making profit...question is: Does this new aquisition produce a profit?

In any case I like the revenues at $30M per year giving us the possible "better" stock exchange listing possibility for future "group" shares...
