It is interesting that:
FTS Wireless website no longer refers to "FTS Group" or "investors"
Seeworld website no longer refers to "FTS Group" or "investors"
Elysium website no longer refers to "FTS Group" but only shows "investors" info as EYSM (~70% is owned by SG and apparently shares were never transferred to FTS Group as noted in previous FLIP investor news items!)...with SG announcing "Elysium's first fiscal quarter of 2009 ends on February 28, 2009. The company expects to report its financial results on SEC form 10-Q in mid April or sooner."....so whatever became of Q4-2008?
FTS Group was named as a defendant in a lawsuit filed by LAURUS as a result of the OGOH/MEDV fiasco of last year.
FTS Group has not filed with the SEC since Aug 2008, Elysium since Oct 2008, etc....
It seems as though FTS is being swept under the rug as the fall guy, leaving SG with EYSM ~70% ownership, but FLIP investors with ZIP-ZERO-NADA, (In my personal opinion)....
Is anyone interested in a class action lawsuit...or a co-ordinated complaint to the SEC?????
