Message: Were is our Year End Review

The info I have is from their company filings in the UK and another publically available source:

See: http://wck2.companieshouse.gov.uk/fae67a0f0297ed7bd207478aa4d31ea4/wcprodorder?ft=1

Because this company is now only on the Pink Sheets it appears only to file in the UK, so nothing seems to show up on the SEC filings in the USA but for £1, you can get their last set of accounts from this government website.

These reveal significant facts such as restated much higher loses for the previous year and IMHO show just how dire the situation was before George O'Leary was parachuted in. The accounts will give you the most up-to-date published revenue and trading figures that you can use to make your own projection into this year. (note - this is for the pre-credit crunch period - and IMHO they were dire even then.)

Another key publically available (although not formally disclosed) piece of information is available @:

http://www.companyrescue.co.uk/documents/FuturemediaplcCaseStudy_000.pdf

This reveals how interest to "preferential creditors" - (IMHO, mainly Yorkville,) is being rolled up" under the CVA (?? even more debt??) and the key drivers for the structure of the CVA.

I HAVE NO INFORMATION THAT IS NOT IN THE PUBLIC DOMAIN ALREADY.

As mentioned in my previous posting, www.pinksheets.com now carries an "insider trading" warning on its listing page, not doubt prompted by the lack of public disclosure of information, which you and others clearly find very frustrating.
