Message: Were is our Year End Review

It's impossible to have a creative debate when a company simply refuses to provide any information anymore - I wish it was.

Over the years (and managements) we have seen the pendulum swing from endless hype PRs and claims about "turning the corner" or "positive EBDITA" etc to the recent near-receivership culminating in the CVA, right through to the current complete news blackout that pinksheets.com highlights and warns about the risk of insider trading offences when no information is being released to shareholders.

The basic principle of buying stocks is "Caveat Emptor", or "Buyer Beware".

Consider my posts to be "Caveats" about the history here in the complete vacuum of any news, figures or other relevant information.

The new Management went on the record to state their commitment to keeping shareholders informed and to running the company to a clearly set of defined standards.

Their Code of Business Conduct says:

"Provide information this is accurate, complete, objective, relevant, timely and understandable to ensure full, fair, accurate, timely and understandable disclosure in reports and documents that Futuremedia files or submits to, government agencies and in other public communications."

I cannot see how anyone can square these commitments to openess and keeping people informed when the last news posted on their website is nearly a YEAR OLD!
