Had an almost identical situation 10 years ago with Transmedia (MBTE / MBTA). Any action is better than none as I am loathed to let another Board of Directors escape without a graze while the rest of us get 3rd degree burns.

In my capacity as a creditor I have asked the Administrator to note the company's failure to advise of their CVA status along with the Administrator's failure to contact creditors - I do not fully understand the legal requirements of the Administrator under a CVA however this is the only action I can take at this time. The upbeat Cannes PR is a flaw in their defense.
