I still smell a rat or two around the NASDAQ pump 'n dump years in relation to the PRs issued by managemet and the huge trading volumes that went on - too mcoincidencfor my liking...

Given that the Feds must all over Madoff's outfit and that according the trading records Madoff turned over billons of shares, I wonder if a word in someone's ear could to them asking questions about this possibility, around plea bargaining activity... unless it was all perfectly innocent?
