I'd say that there may be a case for "trading when knowingly insolvent" under UK law, if there is any activity going on at all and that the UK disclosure requirements can't possibly have been met if nothing is filed before the new year.

Gorgeous George seems to have walked away from this one, but he and the other directors are still on the register and therefore liabvle under UK law for their actions - or inactions.

There will be a sizeable fine due if the accounts aren't filed and if there isn't anything left @ the reigistered office, the authorities wil start going for the directors personally.
