The fund raising was completed. The Kentucky Shale Gas project acquisition is done, work scheduled should be under way. The Australian partner (25%) Wind Hydrogen is now called WHN Energy (same symbol: WHN on the ASX share price around .13 AUD).
The share price is around .45. Waiting for more news.
