I believe the GBB had only one halt and that was not Frank's choice, apparantly the exchange did it on their own. I think it was clarified between the two parties.

You are right Don if the news is great, a halt is a way to control the sp from roaring out of control...!!!

Interesting to sit back and watch the trading...!!!
