Yorbeau Resources Inc. ("Yorbeau"') (TSX: YRB.A) is pleased to report that its 2010 drilling campaign on its Rouyn property continues to produce significant results. Drilling within the gap between Lake Gamble and the Astoria mine indicates that the footwall gold zone in the Lake Gamble area continues to the east towards Astoria. Gold mineralization in the footwall zone is hosted by metasedimentary rocks; this zone is equivalent to the Aw zone at the Astoria mine.

Results from drill holes 09-GA-506A, 10-GA-522 and 10-GA-523 (18.35 g/t Au over 1.0 m, 16.2 g/t over 1.0 m, and 10.25 g/t over 1.5 m, respectively) indicate that the gold mineralization hosted in the Aw zone of the Astoria deposit probably continues 600 metres to the west and connects with the footwall zone at Lake Gamble. The Company has a resource calculation at Astoria compliant with National Instrument 43-101 (see the Company's web page) that reports 349,100 ounces of gold in the measured and indicated categories. The objective of drilling the gap between Astoria and Lake Gamble is to significantly increase the resources in this area by demonstrating continuity of mineralization and the presence of substantial additional volumes of mineralized rock.

The footwall zone is characterized by strongly silicified, brecciated and veined metasediments with abundant brown tourmaline and arsenopyrite. Pyrrhotite can also be present, sometimes in significant amounts.

Drill hole piercing points are shown on the accompanying long section. Assay results from hole 506A drilled in late 2009 and 2010 drill holes 522 & 523 are shown in the following table.

Drill hole 10-GA-509 (see press release of March 24, 2010) contains strong silicification, brecciation, and abundant arsenopyrite and quartz veining but returned low values of gold (see the accompanying long section, available at the following address: http://media3.marketwire.com/docs/yora0420.jpg). The strong mineralization in this hole, however, indicates that the zone of gold mineralization may be of significant extent.

Drill hole 10-AS-524 is in progress and should penetrate the footwall zone at about 600 m depth and about 200 m east of 10-GA-509. This is the first hole of a second series of holes that is planned to test the gap between Lake Gamble and Astoria. This series of holes will be drilled in a vertical plane about 200 m east of the 522-523 series.

The qualified person under National Instrument 43-101 is Laurent Halle, P.Geo., who has reviewed and approved the content of this release.

Samples are analyzed at ALS-Chemex in Val-d'Or, Quebec. All samples are analysed by standard fire assay. Samples returning more than 3 g/t are re-analyzed by fire assay with a gravimetric finish. Yorbeau has implemented a QA/QC program that consists of inserting blanks and gold standards in batch samples being sent to the assay laboratory. Selected pulp samples will also be re-analysed by a different laboratory.
