NEW MINERALIZED STRUCTURES AT GRANADA AND DRILL PROGRAM AT CASTLE SILVER MINE INITIATED

As you all have noticed, I have been absent from the blog for a while, mainly because I was on vacation in Egypt and my recent moving to another apartment. This has taken a little bit to much time than expected unfortunately. But I have read some news releases and one that interest me very much is the recent one from Gold Bullion, as from January 21, 2011.

Granada is proceeding well, nothing that troubles GENIVAR at the moment, which is great news. The one thing that could go better is the analyzing at the labs which have tremendous problems to deliver in time. This is not good for Gold Bullion and they recently assigned a fifth lab in order to get faster turnaround times. The mineralized zone is still open in all directions and the drilling is proceeding outwards to new areas.

The second big topic in the news release is that Castle Silver Mine is going to get some visit from the drill rigs early February, to commence a phase 1 drill program. This phase 1 drill program will contain 6000 meters of drilling, probably down to 150-200 meters, but some cores will certainly go deeper than that also, down to 300-350 meters. I think this is the best way to maximize shareholders money and go with the good flow in both silver and gold. 6000 meters with approximately drill depth of 175 meter would give approximately 30-35 drill cores and will be drilled with one rig. This will maybe take 2-3 months to drill and the results should be expected 1-2 months after that hopefully.

Upcoming events:

• More analyzes from Granada, phase 2 drill program ready to be released (very near future)
• Commence the phase 1 drill program at Silver Castle Mine (early February)
• First drill cores to be sent to the labs from the Silver Castle Mine (end of February maybe)
• New mineralized zones at Granada are being explored (all the time…)
• First analyzes from Silver Castle Mine may be ready for a news release (earliest late March-beginning of April)
• Phase 4 drill program at Granada soon to follow phase 3 that should be completed until summer 2011. Phase 4 is probably containing 100.000 m of drilling!
• NI-43-101 klassning av en del av resursen i backen, troligen Preliminary Block Model (ca 2,5+ Moz) och en del av Eastern Extension (2-4 Moz?)

The spring is bringing both sun, warmer weather, interesting news releases and higher stock quotes…
