News release states they have hired someone to oversee the commissioning of a 700 ton/day mill by December 2013.

Sorry I can't copy & paste the original, not a very capable user of the webbook I'm using today.

Seems like definitely good news, with a start to actual production in 6 months, which is greased-lightning-fast for this.
