Wrong. HD deal is putting .40 into the company. you don't get a penny.After they have control, the price can be .05, you still don't get a penny. This looks like a takeover disguised as a financing, but you do not get a penny. Nor will you share in growth of a controlled company with no market for your shares because it is no longer of interest to any major mining corp. If you are expecting a cheque, you have not read the deal. The Ni deal gives us huge upside in a worldclass nickel play, with without the likelihood of being diluted out through squeezeout pp's. The contractual protections needed to make sense of the HD deal simply are not in place. Nor do I believe it conforms to the requirements of takeover bids.
