George that is an excellent post. I would suggest that you put it onto all the boards as a reminder to posters and hub leaders.

My experience has been that many hub leaders do not tolerate opposing points of view. Expressing any negativity or, God forbid, recommending shorting, quickly leads to being labelled as a basher and getting banned or censored.

You have perfectly stated what should be the guiding philosophy for all boards and hub leaders. I suggest spreading the word.
