The warrants don't expire on May 13 ... they expire next year.
May 13th is when those 12M HOLDS shares become free-trading ... today's down draft has a lot to do with that.
In addition the Buy/Sell volume depths are HUGELY out of whack right now .. 2.9M vs 15.3M as of this moment ... I haven't seen this kind of sell imbalance on any company in a very long time.
I assume the OTCQX listing coinciding with the free trading date is not a coincidence.
Streering clear right now ... but looking for oversold conditions.
