Right now, one piece of news is a bit late. The record date for the distribution upon the closing of the U.S. IPO was supposed to have been announced in January. Obviously, these things can take longer than estimates. However, i am assured that everything is doing well with this spinoff because of the recent announcement that the amount to present shareholders has been increased from 20% to 30%. I would certainly expect this announcement within Feb., and I assure you it will be perceived as big news. All the same , it doesn't happen until it happens. rip
