Helping brands engage Developing, nurturing, and investing in technologies

Message: Re-cap of yesterday's meeting I read on another board.

The great opportunities that we've seen out of Canada, we are now seeing those opportunities out of LA. Our newest biggest partnership is in conjunction with two seed investors from Facebook. You may have seen some of that, but we have to wait for them to make their own announcement.

FCC laws changing, forcing American companies to CC live and "near-live" events -- Ortsbo has tech that covers that today. We are getting calls from companies all the time. We may not be able to commercialize that today, but it is coming.

One of the hottest band (major release coming June 25th) in the world saw the Ortsbo Twitter tech, and wanted it, but wanted to remove the Ortsbo branding. We rejected it, we don't do that for Disney and we won't do it for anyone. I woke up to an email today asking, "how quick can we get it installed and can we change the colour?"

All of our divisions have a
value on our balance sheet, but the costs are reflected.
During a spin-out, selling a portion of a company crystallizes a value, as the portion we retain now has a firm value.
Interest in Canada was nominal, whereas the interest in the US is very high. It increases the value proposition and net worth of INT.
INT will not be looking at a de-listing in Canada, the move of Ortsbo to the US is just the best mechanism to increase wealth for our shareholders. We would be looking at an enhanced listing, if anything
The normal time frame once a listing is approved can be as little as 3 days, or 5 days? We would need to have a meeting first.
We are looking at listing INT and Ortsbo in the US simultaneously.
Ortsbo -- how can it make money?

Global customer care.
These are traditional bricks and mortar business. Expensive, and takes time to get it ready. We recently did a test for a major international company, and we had to do the whole thing in Brazilian Portuguese.
I'll be straight up -- WE DO NOT USE GOOGLE. We had an hour to do a demonstration that took us 9 months to build. We were stopped early, because we scored 100%.
We are already in 1 call centre, with several other opportunities imminent. We are also working on patents in this area. This is an economically viable business.
