Their press release said that they applied for a listing / transition to the Amex. I don't undertsand the process involved in securing a specific date, but anticipate that it will be within two weeks.

Hopefully that will bring back the volume. CNBC and other credible organizations have been recommending fertilizer stocks and other commodities. Legend should become a beneficiary of that sentiment in the near future.

I'll bet you a bottle of beer that we will see $5 per share again before the end of July.
