For those whow couldn't listen, the main point of the conference call was to stress the importance to legend of having a relationship with IFFCO.Besides being a large shareholder, we gain the value of their expertise in the development of the project. It also was made a point that having such a large end user of the rock that can commit to the amount of rock they can use(4 Mil/tons year) is of great benefit to Legend. There all also points of interest in the off take agreement that pretty much guarantee that even if the price of phosphate rock declines, the company will NOT lose money.Cureently India is paying $340/ton for large quantities of rock.Mangement believes that this price will only increase in the coming years. So basically, we have perhaps the best partner investor on the planet, with unlimited upside!!
