It will be interesting to see if the depressed share price attracts buyers at this level. Remember, the company just raised $105 Million @ $2.50 share in hte beginning of June.Those shares haven't even been registered yet and are not tradeable.

Atticus Capital, a $14 Billion hedge fund bought 8 million additional shares @$2.50/ share in that private placement bringing their total holdings to over 30 Million shares. Atticus has not sold ONE share of stock,even the cheap stock(0.85) that they got in the private placement back in Dec.2007. One of billionaire George Soros's funds also bought 8 million shares in the June private placement.

These investors are not looking to make a few bucks a share on their investments, and rarely if ever invset in "start up" companies unless the fundamentals are overwhelmingly compelling.

And now IFFCO,is also becoming a large shareholder.

That being said, you would like to believe that the stock is a relative bargain at current prices. This will be one of those times when you look back and say why didn't I back up the truck!!!
