First of all, Atticus is NOT selling any shares. They clearly own over 10% of the common stock and are therefore required under SEC rules to file a Form 4 within 3 days of buying or selling any securities. So forget about Atticus or any of the other institutional investors selling stock. Their investment in Legend is small change for these giant funds and when they need to raise cash, they sell large cap, liquid, securities.

Secondly, those of you thinking that this company will be sold or taken private are not being realistic. Mr. G and company know exactly what they have here, and are not going to give it away. This is almost a once in a lifetime opportunity for them to cash in at a much higher price than someone would be willing to pay them for the company.

There is simply a lot of cheap stock out there, acquired from cheap options(0.25 cents or less) or old private placements. If you own the stock for 0.25 cents and sell it for a $1.30 your still making money. Weak, scared hands panic and sell stock all the time.

This is just a waiting game, with all of us waiting for the company to keep delivering what they said they would. As long as they fulfill their objectives, as illustrated on their time line as shown in their new presentation on the website, everything will be more than fine. It doesn't seem like there is much more cheap stock out there, which will be evident when we get some big news and big volume. The stock would easily go back to $2.50 - $3 on a couple million shares of real buying.
