I suggest you read pages 6 and 7 of the Prospectus dated 30th September. It clearly re-outlines the agreement regarding pricing and how it will be arrived at. IFFCO seem set to receive a whopping 5-10% discount on market prices. Obviously they cannot give a specific price for product which will not ship until 2010. However specific details on pricing and how it is to be agreed are in place. You can get further info if you can trace the phone conference given by Joe Gutnick a few months ago. He makes the fair point that in an era of rising prices it is advantageous for Legend not to tie itself to a price now, but to tie itself to world prices at the time of shipping. Obviously we will see with commodities under pressure how that plays out. However I repeat the Legend story is good at $200, great at $400 and stellar at $1,000.

Personally I don't need Legend to pop up every week to sooth our nerves. I hope they are busy delivering the project and that Joe & Co. have shovels in their hands. So far they have done a pretty good job (read Page 6 of their corporate presentation).

I am in no way suggesting we should not have robust informed debate. I respectfully suggest an emphasis on informed.
