We have a ways to go and there is definately risk but at these prices the risk reward could be phenominal most of the above mentioned will be accomplished within the first/second quarter of 09. It also explains our lack of concrete news there just isn't any yet Mr. Gutnick is promoting this before all the eggs are in the basket unless they already are at any rate we will learn of this soon.
