We are all here together, shareholders of a stock trading under 30 cents/share. In this environment, any good news released from the company would just be a waste of a good press release. The markets are still in turmoil and we just need to finish off this year and get into next. We will probably drift a little lower into the last few weeks of this year, as end of year tax selling will most surely come into play. There are still sellers out there, as I see them every day.Funds that get liquidated have to liquidate everything, regardless of price. That should represent the ultimate buying opportunity in this stock, as we will surely not see these end of year levels again.I don't know how many more times I can double down, but at this point, there is really no other option.

Mosaic came out on Monday and previewed results for the current quarter ending Nov.30,2008. Things aren't so rosy in "phosphate land" at this particular time, but they expect a strong 4th quarter 2009. They, like us, are lucky to have plenty of cash in the bank. The one thing that we have that no other company has is our relationship with IFFCO,our end user for our product and a large shareholder with board seats. IFFCO WILL buy what we produce when we start producing. This is a huge advantage to Legend, and cannot be overlooked.

I am confident and hopeful that things are moving on track, and I am sure that good news will come. We need the good news when it will mean something to the market, not in times of market turmoil will it will get overlooked.

In the meantime, try and sit tight and wait it out.

Instead of harassing the company or its officers with emails and phone calls, there is one thing I would like the company to do in case they are listening. The company should announce to have an investor conference call, like they did to explain the relationship with IFFCO several months back. This "listen only" conference call should be to explain to shareholders exactly where we are in the plans which were previously outlined.

I think a year end conference call, would be more than appropriate considering the circumstances.
