It is obvious that IFFCO wants a larger stake, possibly controlling interest. It seems equally obvious that these shares aren't coming out of the float as we think of it. One possibility is that the Jewish charity that the Gutnicks funded is selling some of their shares. After all, the shares were gifted in the first place. However, if this was the case why don't they just sell in one large block? For that matter, why doesn't the seller or sellers just do the same...sell in one large block and be done with it? It makes absolutely no sense that IFFCO could absorb this many shares and the price stay at 50 cents. Is it possible they are from a "shelf" offering? Is there dilution going on? With the information I can access I can't figure it out.
