That article wasn't written by LGDI, so there is no reason to be offended. The company will be making money come Q4 when they begin shipping phosphate to IFFCO. Having a buyer that is anxious to receive the phosphate and has the money to pay for it, is all that I truly care about at this time.

Regarding Legends expenditures, I haven't taken the time to analyze the spreadsheets in the 10K document, but I am certain that the companies expenses are stated in detail. They appear to be above board in all of their actions to date.

If you find a specific case where money was misallocated please point it out to everyone on this blog ... Otherwise, don't make insuations that do not have any merit.
