All,

All in all, it has been a good week for Legend. The daily volume of shares traded was larger than usual and the stock showed some strength. It will be interesting to note what happens with North Australia Diamonds when the voting period opens this coming week, May 27th to June 27th if I remember correctly. That is the period in which their shareholders vote whether to sell to Legend or not.

I am not sure how that outcome will affect the near term LGDI stock price on the upside, but I don't perceive any down side risk to the event.

It is note worthy to remember that in addition to the phosphate play in Legend which has all of our attention, they still have known Uranium deposits, prospective Gold deposits and Kimberlite diamond pipes on the existing Legend tenements. Adding NADL to their holdings will provide additional focus to the diamond exploration and may ultimately result in a stock spin off, just as the Uranium and Gold exploration may do.

There is a lot more to be gained from this investment than .641 cents per share.

Have a great Holiday Weekend!
