We are now getting movement in volume and price in our little. gem. It looks like

me may have a breakout! With avg. 3 month trading volume @552K we most

likely brokeout yesterday. With a vol. of 1609K yesterday which is 2.9 times normal

trading volume and a price movement of over 1.25% of LGDI price. Today we have good volume again @ a price of .89 we have follow through of yesterdays action. If we

have good volume and a liitle upwards price movement on Monday it looks as we have a confirmed breakout. Among other things affecting us is fertilizer stocks are seasonal which is now and along with mutual fund window dressing which is now-near end of quarter.

Also with our project coming online soon, small MC of our company and strong institutional

ownership we have room for huge upward momentum. One more thing a Amex listing

would be of great importance by getting off the OTC which a lot of people wont

touch because of the manipulation there. All in all if they produce soon this thing

fly especially down the road when they produce 5000K tons a year this will be a cash cow.
