NCRC- nice presentation but....

I am quite impressed that they put together that presentation so quickly.Obviously, most if not all of it was done awhile ago but not available to the public.

Many, many different projects at various stages of development meaning much more money to be raised.

I still don't understand why Legend didn't just invest directly in GORV or for that matter directly into Acadian Mining. NCRC website says it will become public soon. So it will be a public company that owns 90.2% of GORV which in turn owns 68.8% of Acadian???? Talk about redundancy. How does the money move from company to company? If Legend "invested" almost A$10 MILLION or US$9 MILLION into NCRC for a 21.27 stake that means NCRC is "worth" approx. US$45 MILLION for their 90.2% interest in GORV, whose primary asset is 69% of Acadian whose market cap is about C$35 Million. Whew!! My head is spinning!!

So basically the $10 Million went from Legend to NCRC to GORV to Acadian. That's why on page 37 of the NCRC presentation they list cash on hand of only $210,000 as of Nov.12, 2009.

I have a headache now. Will try to look it over during the weekend. Let's just start shipping some phosphate rock soon and generate some revenue!
