Developing phosphate interests in the Georgina Basin, Queensland, Australia

Message: We seem too giddy

Donzo,

It's good to see you posting again.

I understand where you are coming from, as it does almost seem to good to be true.

Let's take a look at what could still go wrong:

Phosphates - the deposits have been proven

Permits - All issued

Iffco - waiting for shipments, contract signed

Wengfu - deal is not finalised yet. They are performing their own feasibility study. Doesn't appear to be anything to worry about. When this is completed they will commit to begin building many factories/plants to produce the end fertilizer products. They know that business well and have plenty of cash and clients

ASX listing - the paperwork is being submitted.

Gutnick - appears to be in good health.

OK, that was a review of the downside for you.

What did I miss ...

Potential pitfalls from the NAD investment? Looks like total upside

Potential pitfalls with their Uranium holdings? Looks like total upside

Potential pitfalls from their other properties with gold and kimberlite deposits...

Go accumulate some more share while you can still afford them.

Time to become an optomist for a change.
