I was an investor in the private placement, and am still buying additional shares regularly since then.

The Gutnicks have not lied or misrepresented anything.

The people that invested in the private placement had a chance to get out all the way up to $5. and all the way back down to where the stock is trading now, and they are still ahead of the game.

There is no class action lawsuit brewing that I know of.

Now please log off this site and don't come back until you are ready to stick to the truth.
