Just a couple of thoughts....

On November 16 Legend announced the news regarding WENGFU. Since then we have gone pretty much straight up. Maybe the Chinese are starting to buy in the open market. They wouldn't have to file until they owned over 5% or over 10 Million shares.

Or, maybe a fund is taking a shot based on the Wengfu news.

Or, maybe someone is realizing the value we own in North Australian Diamonds that was never recognized in our share price until Attara invested $12 Million.

Or, maybe someone finally realized that we have over ONE BILLION TONS OF FREAKING PHOSPHATE, A strong relationship with IFFCO,one of our largest shareholders, and the ultimate end user of most of our rock, a potential huge deal with Government of China owned Wenfu, George Soros as an over 10% OWNER of our stock as well as ATTARA, plenty of cash in the bank......
