Phpsphate Prices

The BMO upgrade and recent articles are really positive. But does anyone really believe that Phosohate prices are going to stay so low and perhaps struggles to $125 a ton. Really? I know oil went to $147 a barrell then fell to what $30 ish but it is now back to $70-80 range. Phosphate fell from over $400 a ton in 2008 to less that $100. Once the credit crisis and world recessions ease and growth returns, is it unreasonable to expect Phosphate to bounce back and make at least $200 per ton at least. After all, a bit like oil Phosphate is in fundamentally pretty short supply and they are not making any more of it. Or am I missing something? I'd appreciate any comments
