Folks you need to do a bit of research. Obviously Fidelity is wrong. These things happen.
If you go to google and do a search: "BMO LGDI report", you get this:
Wall Street Journal: http://online.wsj.com/article/BT-CO-20100111-707524.html?mod=WSJ_World_MIDDLEHeadlinesAsia
Street Insider: http://www.streetinsider.com/Upgrades/BMO+Capital+Upgrades+Legend+International+(LGDI)+to+Speculative+Outperform+/5237093.html
Fly on the wall: http://www.theflyonthewall.com/permalinks/entry.php/LGDIid1183095
yahoo finance: http://finance.yahoo.com/q/ao?s=LGDI.OB
and on and on it goes. All the sites listed by the google search discuss a BMO upgrade.
go to google and type: "BMO LGDI downgrade" and the only thing that mentions lgdi downgrade is this discussion thread. That should tell you that BMO did not downgrade LGDI on January 13th otherwise all of the same sites would have reported the downgrade and BMO would have retracted the full detailed report that went with the upgrade and that you can find on the LGDI website.
I doubt BMO has disposed of their LGDI shares. Do you have a link that shows that?
