Over the years, there has been a comprehensive utilization of resources for the goal and vigorous development of a recycling economy. In terms of phosphorus resources utilization, Wengfu has independently developed her own “WF-01” beneficiation technique, which produces high output with low economic input. This method has gained national patent, and is of great significance to resource-economizing enterprises. In terms of water recycling, Wengfu has also developed her own “WFS” waste water processing technique, for cycling the waste water from phosphorus chemical productions and to be used thereafter for beneficiation. In terms of tail gas comprehensive treatment, Wengfu has also developed an “SO2 activated carbon gas desulphurization technique (863rd National Project), with a desulphurization rate of more than 95%, and it is also used for eliminating secondary pollution. In terms of residue utilization management, Wengfu has developed a phosphogypsum building material, such as phosphogypsum blocks, phosphogypsum cement condensate agents, phosphogypsum powder and other series of products. This has brought about the actualization of waste reformation and recycling and these products are key promotional items for building industries. In terms of associated resources utilization, the associate material with the phosphate rock, iodine and fluorine will be recycled. 2 sets of 0.5 mtpy iodine recovery plants are presently under construction. After completion, there will be a great support for the nation’s iodine products.
