Developing phosphate interests in the Georgina Basin, Queensland, Australia

I understand the message you are sending, but I disagree with the premise of many of your more speculative points.

You have to begin with the idea that LGDI's purpose is to go into phosphate production. If you aren't beginning there then shouldn't be a shareholder. If you believe that there is some chance that this is a scam then you should have pulled out long ago. Therefore:

It seems unlikely that there is some scheme to accumulate, volume has been incredibly low for weeks. There is not much buying or selling of any kind and certainly not enough action to to imply some dark machination. If anything LGDI would be the first among those who would like to see the price climb because they are a potential buyout target and/or because it is likely that they will eventually need to dilute to raise sufficient capital to reach Stage 3 and/or to supply Wengfu with the shares they will demand should a partnership go forward. You want the price as high as possible in either scenario.

IFFCO is a major shareholder nothing has changed. Presumably they are developing relationships elsewhere because they are trying to feed a gigantic population.

Wengfu is doing their due diligence and are likely waiting for the JORC just like everyone else.

LGDI has a controlling interest in NAD, if that company has some kindof blowout to the upside (and potential seems there based on recent news) then LGDI shareholders will eventually reap the reward.

I'm a nervous long just like everybody else here, but I just have a hard time wishing for a bunch of meaningless press releases sent out by a company in an attempt to buoy share price. They really don't have anything to say until JORC/Wengfu is solidified. What are they going to come out and say, "Feb. 23 Australia: We're feeling good, you should too as soon as we have some news we'll let you know, please buy more shares in the meantime."

I'd be more worried if they were releasing a bunch of fluff constantly. That to me is the bigger sign of a scam being hatched. And I wouldn't say that the company was overly silent, they will answer your emails. I sent an email last week and it was answered in less than 24hrs.
