Great find bigscrot69!! This IS different than the Nov. release because this is a SIGNED formal agreement( for the Chinese this means it is "official"). For Wengfu to post this on THEIR website under the heading "Kudos to Wengfu and Legend in TSA" is BIG!!

This shows that the "strategic alliance" that was first released is progressing and turning into the "partnership" that we wanted. Joe. G must have spent alot of time there to get this done. Wengfu in this press release is almost "boasting" about their partnership with Legend.

The signing of the Technical Services Agreement (TSA) has added another milestone to Wengfu’s continuous development and advancement at the international scene. After this stage, Wengfu and Legend will move a step further in their partnership to execute the various production processes including the production of fertilizers and fine chemicals for their mutual benefits.
