The stock is taking a beating

Bottom line, I don't think that the company cares about the short term price of the stock!
Nobody can accuse the Gutnicks of pumping this stock, not in the past and not now.
If they had any concerns about the future of the company, we would expect to see them scheduling quarterly sales of some small percentage of their holdings, but they aren't doing that. The company issues brief updates every 3 or 4 months and go silent again. They publish the bare minimum and go silent, gain nothing from the announcements.
This is what has convinced me that they have a long term company strategy in mind and are very confident that a world class company will come out of this venture.
They are in this for a huge payback, just as we are.
The ASX and Amex listings will come about in due time, and in the mean time they are forging ahead with building the business relationships that will positively impact the company. Like everyone else on this board, I would like to be kept up to date and read ongoing updates that are published by the company, but this is clearly not their concern at the moment.
Those that can't tolerate their management style are clearly selling out.
Those that believe they have world class deposits and two world class buyers on board, might speculate that the price will jump quickly when Wengfu begins acquiring shares and that it may begin to happen in Q2.
That is why I am still holding on.
Why are you?
