Developing phosphate interests in the Georgina Basin, Queensland, Australia

Message: tiny new article: "Phosphate miner keen to start"

I've seen a number of messages now suggesting that Wengfu will want shares and that there will be some sort of dilution.

I'd like to suggest something different. Wengfu wants the phosphate rock not the company. So here is 2 other possibilities:

1. They pay cash for a percentage ownership of the mine. I own a canadian mining company that did just that with an asian company (Taseko mines).

2. Wengfu and Legend setup an agreement around the acid plant, each having a percentage of the operation with a certain amount of rock being sent to the plant each year (also known as a joint venture).
