The Spinoff date of record is less than two weeks out

It will be interesting to see if new investors begin accumulating shares over the next two weeks, as the official date for the spinoff is Friday June 4th.

Any shareholders of LGDI will receive a pro rate number of shares in the spinoff Gold/Diamond company at no cost.

I expect that any potential investors that have been sitting on the sidelines will jump in prior to the spin off date.

In some respects this is the Last Call to Accumulate shares prior to the spin off and potentially strategic announcements with Wengfu.
