I agree that IFFCO seems to be looking at LGDI as just a source for rock right now, but they also have to know LGDI needs the seed money that Wengfu is going to bring to the table to make the business ultimately profitable. IFFCO has to understand that until the price of shipping rock is profitable, LGDI is probably going to sit on their hands, I would think. They also have the excuse of the railroad and seaport not being up to snuff to ship any large quantities now anyway.

IMO it may be closer to the time when the Wengfu plants are built before any rocks starts being shipped to IFFCO. I hope it's sooner than that, but it will depend on the price of rock and how long it takes to get the shipping infrastructure up to par.

There's no doubt IFFCO knows Wengfu has the expertise to get the project done and to that point IMO would solidify their position in LGDI, as it makes them more viable.
