IMO the selling in the shares were just traders selling the news. Everything Joe said was positive to my recollection. Probably the most positive being "we have many large fertilizer companies knocking the door down to invest in the Company". Hopefully that wasn't too much of an exageration.

It stands to reason that at some point between when the project financing is completed and the project itself is up and running that a bigger player may have to come in and make LGDI an offer they can't refuse.
