As I recall Gutnick said they didn't want to dilute the shares if possible at the CC. Like you said he didn't deny or confirm it, but said they would try to stay away from further dilution. With all the potential investors supposedly knocking the door down and with Wengfu's most likely to take at least some sort of stake in the company I don't see that they would have to dilute the shares. We shall see.
