At the price that the shares are trading for today, I would think that LGDI would become a take over candidate by one of the international fertilizer companies that are looking to invest in them.

If IFFCO was a bit more aggressive a company, I would expect them (with their existing share holdings) to put a push on buying out Legend themselves. This would be a goldmine for them, no punn intended.

Mosaic or others would make great prospects to tender a buy out offer, or partner with Iffco to have the leverage to do the same.
