Lets' examine the facts:

The reserves are real.

The feasibility studies have been positive (and thanks to SOX regulations LGDI management would be looking at jail time if any of this information has been fabricated)

The production of MAP & DAP will only increase shareholder value, even if it does delay the flow of revenue.

There are big players that should be interested in attaining these assets in addition to Wengfu & Iffco.

I am guessing that the Gutnicks' are delaying their contract signing with Wengfu, until they get offers from other partners to use in determining what their best deal could/should look like.

Time is on Legends side and if they can get competing offers from the like of POT, MOS, or others, they will get the best deal for Legend and ultimately for us the shareholders.

I am not a patient individual, but I have confidence that they are being very shrewd about finalizing the best deal that they can get.

Long & Strong LGDI!
