I thought we were supposed to get some definite news on what Wengfu was going to bring to the equity table by the end of Q3? This was news they were going to reveal like back in Q1. They know the reserves they have and it shouldn't be taking Wengfu this long to figure out what they want to do IMO.

I really don't see what the Wengfu/LGDI relationship should have to do with what other prospective fertilizer investors want to bring to the project in the way of money. Let's get the ball rolling and agree to get the project moving forward! I'm beginning to wonder if Wengfu wants to come into this project as big as they have indicated.

This PR today is just more rehash with nothing new that I could tell.
