Are we tilting at windmills?

OK. Pitfalls are everywhere for us. The real hope for us small share holders (less than a million) is that the bankable minerals estimate is valid, the shipping infrastructure will be available, and the company officers are competent and honest.
We small mushrooms are not a factor and should not be in the info loop. Presuming that LGDI is for real, the behind-the -scenes, plotting, planning, finessing, stone walling - looking for the best deal for our company would not be in the public view.
Why would a big-time buyer be in a hurry? We do not know what the big-time share holders have in their hands as bargaining chips. So my view is try to relax - do not sell now - try to be positive. IMHO the chance for reward outweighs the chance for massive disappointment. I have faith that several of our discerning forum contributors are watching events closely and are on the lookout for whiffs of fraud, failure in value projections, and signs of bailing of the major stockholders. Anyone bailing now - selling cheap - just gives those accumulating a cheaper path. If I were a major stockholder I would love to flush the anxious mushrooms (those kept in the dark and covered with doodoo) and consolidate on the cheap. A small tight board is so much at an advantage.
So with trembling hands I am still long and hopeful
