I think we finally get a significant move in the SP when they annouce some equity partnerships. With this last PR it's pretty obvious they intend to "shop" themselves quite aggresively once all of the feasibility studies are done.
The SP action the last few days has indicated everytime the price drops buyers step in and buy in. I actually wish I had bought more when the shares were down in .60 range.
