What I wish I had asked Mordi Gutnick the last time I talked to him why LGDI has to go through this whole bidding process that is taking so much time. Why can't they just throw a big number out and let all the prospective equity investors fight over it. He did tell me they were trying to get the best deal possible for LGDI.

I can only guess that they had to come up with some sort of offical value for the phosphate they own.

We should be hearing some thing regarding the diamond spin off soon I would hope.
